Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service
Please carefully inspect the outer packaging upon parcel delivery. If you notice damage, leakage or severe deformation, take photos as valid evidence, refuse to sign for the parcel, and contact our team immediately.
If any product defects are found after signing for delivery, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and arrange reasonable return, exchange or other appropriate solutions.
